INGREDIENTES:

300 grs.de harina.
300 grs. de azúcar.
3 huevos.
1 taza de leche.
1/2 taza de anis.
1/2 taza de aceite.
Ralladura de limón.
1 sobre de levadura en polvo.

PREPARACIÓN:

Motar las claras,añadir las yemas y el azúcar,ir removiendo con las barillas,agregar la leche,el aceite,el anis,la harina,la levadura y la ralladura.
Remover con las barillas hasta que todo este bien integrado.
Poner la mezcla en un molde y al horno a 180ºC unos 30 aproximadamente.
