El programa de las actividades que tenemos previstas para el II ENCUENTRO#gastrobaleares EN MENORCA
Durante la mañana:
Paseo por el centro de Mahón, visitaremos el mercado (Claustro del Carmen), la pescadería (Mercado Femenias). Bajaremos por la Costa de ses Voltes para llegar a las destilerías Xoriguer en el puerto, donde nos enseñaran la elaboración de nuestro apreciado y famoso GIN (con degustación incluida).
Traslado en autobús hasta Alayor.
A Medio dia:
En la Yeguada Linares Ortiz nos ofrecerán un espectáculo ecuestre con caballos menorquines, mientras disfrutamos de una cerveza bien fría y productos típicos menorquines, con la colaboración de Goethe S.A. y Queso-Mahón Dalrit.
Traslado en autobús a Ferrerias
Comida en el restaurante Binisues ubicado en una casona que data de los siglos XVIII y XIX, con una posición privilegiada y con unas vistas excepcionales al bellísimo paisaje rural de Menorca. En unas salas anexas al restaurante podremos visitar un museo de antigüedades y curiosidades rurales que además cuenta con una de las colecciones privadas mas importantes de España de minerales, insectos y pájaros.
Traslado en autobús al Hort de Sant Patrici
Durante la tarde
En el Hort de Sant Patrici, visitaremos y nos enseñaran la quesería, el museo del queso, la bodega y nos obsequiaran con una pequeña merienda
Traslado en Autobus a Ciutadella
Paseo por el centro de Ciutadella y cena en el Espacio Gastronómico Ses Voltes, escudado por los arcos de la emblemática calle que le da nombre, en la arteria principal del casco antiguo de Ciutadella.
Traslado en autobús a Mahón y fin del programa pero no de la fiesta, que podremos seguir los que lo deseen!!!
Para los que esteis en Menorca y os apetezca asistir, el viernes día 23 a las 19h, en el Hotel Carlos III y organizado por Chefs(in) habrá un curso a4manos (alta cocina con explicaciones sencillas para elaborar en casa a cargo de chefs de primera categoría que interactúan entre ellos y con los alumnos). (50 €)
También tenemos previsto un encuentro el domingo día 25 a las 11h, en la Bodega Binifadet (en el termino municipal de Sant Lluis), visita a la bodega y cata de 6 vinos (Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca) y 6 quesos (Mahón-Menorca DOP. (gratuito)
