Vamos recuperando año tras año tradiciones que antiguamente eran comunes en nuestros pueblos.
Este año hemos salido a cenar a las calles de nuestro pueblo de Alaior y hemos querido integrar nuestra gastronomia
a estas tertutilias de vecinos amenizadas con música,sorteos y sobre todo al acercamiento de nuestras gentes que poco a poco se va perdiendo.
Recuperar estas vivencias es algo que nos acerca tanto culturalmente,gastronómicamente y socialmente,una labor llevada a cabo por un grupo de jovenes que emprenden la recuperación de las vivencias de la vencidad la tradición y la mágia de las noches de verano.
Agradezco a la Associació de veíns de Calan Busquets su trabajo por el esfuerzo y empeño en toda la organización,todo un lujo de detalles que estoy segura de que sera el comienzo de unas cenas típicas menorquinas en dónde vecinos,amigos y familiares harán una gran fiesta popular y cada uno de nosotros colaboraremos a la recuperación de estas viejas tradiciones muy características de nuestros abuelos,hagamos de ello una vivencia colaboradora y de acercamiento.
