Calzone

Calzone de Acelgas y Carne picada

Y yo sigo con mis amigas las acelgas¡¡¡¡¡

Esta vez os traigo una Calzone.
La Calzone no es mas que una pizza que tiene forma
de empanada.
Para no repetirme con las acelgas,esta vez le he añadido
una carne picada.
Espero que sea de vuestro agrado.

INGREDIENTES:

Masa Fermentada:

400 grs. de harina.
20 grs. de levadura panaderia.
180 ml. de agua.
1/2 cucharadita de sal.
4 cucharadas de mantequilla ablandada.

Relleno:

Acelgas.
1 cebolla.
2 dientes ajo.
1 pizca de sal.
Champiñones frescos.
Carne picada
Tomate frito..
Pimentón dulce.
Aceite oliva.

PREPARACIÓN:

Masa fermentada:

Todos los ingredientes deben estar a temperatura ambiente.

Tamizar la harina en un cuenco y hacer un hueco en el centro.
Desmenuzar la levadura con los dedos en el hueco.
Añadirle el agua tibia,la sal,la mantequilla
y mezclar hasta obtener una masa,
dejar leudar tapada con un trapo.
Dejar pasar unos 20 mts y empezamos a amasar
hasta que veamos que la masa esta compacta y
homogénea.
Volvemos a dejar que leude hasta que haya doblado
nuevamente su volumen.

Relleno:

Picamos la cebolla y los ajos bien finitos,
calentamos el aceite en una sartén y sofreimos
la cebolla junto a los ajos hasta que estén trasparentes,
sazónamos con la sal y le añadimos los champiñones,
sofreir hasta que veamos que están casi listos y añadirle
la carne picada,
volvemos a rectificar de sal y cuando veamos que la carne esta
doradita le añadimos el tomate frito,
esperamos unos segundos y ya esta listo nuestro sofrito.

Ahora cogemos la masa y la estiramos le damos la
forma de dos rectángulos bien finos,
pondremos uno de los dos rectángulos en una fuente de horno,
y lo cubrimos con nuestro sofrito y
tapamos con las acelgas cortadas finamente,
sazonamos y echamos un hilito de aceite encima de las acelgas.
(las acelgas las he puesto en crudo por que cuando
cubramos con la otra mitad de masa,
se cocerán perfectamente y no perderan sus propiedades,)
ahora procedemos a tapar la Calzone con el otro
rectángulo de masa y presionamos los  bordes de la masa,
Pintamos con el pimentón dulce y el aceite y llevamos
al horno a 180ºC aproximadamente 30 mts.

Ya tenemos nuestra Calzone.

    Me gustan las acelgas pero quizá somos más perezosos a la hora de comérlas, con esta idea de mezclarlas con la carne y en calzone se comen sin dudarlo.

    Me gustan las acelgas, si no las hago más es por la pereza de limpiarlas, pero esta receta, una calzone con carne picada y acelgas me parece muy buena, pero para mi marido y para mi, mi hijo está totalmente reñido con el verde.

    First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.

    I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your
    mind prior to writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
    I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15
    minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
