El otro día fui a casa de mi hermano y me cargó de nísperos de su huerto y como sabéis,mucha cantidad de fruta en pocos días y con el calor que ya hace, se pone muy madura,para aprovecharla hice una confitura.
Yo os he puesto un kilo de nísperos pero yo la verdad hice más cantidad.
INGREDIENTES:
1 kgr. de nísperos.
5oo grs. de azúcar.
PREPARACIÓN:
Pelar todos los nísperos y quitarle el hueso.
Poner ha macerar una media hora junto al azúcar.
Seguidamente poner en una cazuela y al fuego.
Tenéis que ir removiendo continuamente para que no se pegue.
Dejar que tome un color caramelo.
Ya está.Listo.
Ahora envasar en botes y al baño maría 30 mts.
NOTAS:
Los nísperos son una fruta con muchísima fibra y con un gran poder antioxidante.
