Confitura de Moras Silvestres

Caminando hice sendero y al caminar encontré
un montón de zarzas y moras que yo recogeré,
al recoger estas moras yo cocinaré,
y desde mi cocina os diré,
que una confitura os haré….
JEJEJEJE¡¡¡¡
Buenas a todos,
tengo un montón de Moras silvestres
y mi cocina está teñida de morado,
pero de esta ricura,vamos a deleitar nuestros paladares.
Hoy haré una confitura no muy dulzona,pero que es extraordinaria
con unos matices ácidos.
Sabíais que las moras son ricas en vitamina C,
con un bajo valor calórico y tienen
acción antioxidante.INGREDIENTES:

1 kgr. de Moras.
600 grs. de azúcar.
limón.

PREPARACIÓN:

Método convencional:

Limpiar las moras y quitarles el rabillo.
Dejarlas macerar con el azúcar,toda la noche.
Pondremos las moras en una cazuela con el zumo del limón y llevaremos
al fuego.
Iremos removiendo constantemente hasta que hayan espesado.
Dejaremos enfriar la confitura.
Triturar y pasar por un colador fino.
Rellenar los frascos de vidrio y hervir 20 mts.

Thermomix:

Poner en el vaso de la thermomix las moras ya limpias.
Agregarles el azúcar y un limón pelado y sin pepitas,
programamos 6 seg vel.4
Volvemos a programar nuevamente,3o mts.vel.1 temp. 100ºC,
si queremos una confitura más espesa,
deberemos programar 10 mts.a vel. varoma.
Pasar por un colador fino.
Llenar los frascos y hervir 20 mts.

    La confitura de moras te ha quedado fantástica,por aquí hay muchas moras pero todavía no han madurado.
