Unas simples galletas de mantequilla caseras para el fin de semana.
Fáciles y ricas,elaboradas muy sencillamente y que si permanecen enlatadas se conservan
tan frescas como acabadas de hornear.
Como aún hace calor las he rellenado con helado pero como apreciaréis se va derritiendo
mientrás estaba haciendo las fotos,cosa que ha durado muy poquito por que tenia algunas
ratitas en la cocina esperando su turno.
Podeis rellenarlas de lo que más os apetezca aunque os garantizo que sin rellenarlas están también
sabrosas con ese apreciado sabor a mantequilla.
Vamos con la receta:.
INGREDIENTES:
200 grs. de azúcar granulado.
200 grs. de mantequilla semisalada.
1 cucharada sopera de agua aproximadamente.
2 grs. de sal.
500 grs. de harina.
1/2 sobre de levadura en polvo.
PREPARACIÓN:
En un bol colocamos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente junto con la sal ,el agua,y el azúcar,remover.
En otro bol agraremos la harina junto con la levadura y añadir el preparado anterior y trabajamos la masa
primero con una cuchara y seguidamente con las manos.
La masa obtenida tiene que ser pero a la vez blandita.
Envolveremos la masa en papel film y dejamos reposar tres horas en la nevera.
Una vez endurecida la masa,enharinamos la mesa de trabajo y con la ayuda del rodillo alisamos la masa.
Cortaremos las galletas con el molde y vamos colocando las galletas en una placa de horno.
Horneamos unos 12 mts aproximadamente a 180º C
Horno precalentado.
Dejar enfriar las galletas y ya están listas para devorarlas.
