Yo os dejo con esta receta de galletas decoradas con glasa y sprinkles las cuales son un deleite
para disfrutarlas en familia o amigos,
hechas por vosotros mismos y en dónde la imaginación puede llegar a crear cualquier motivo o color.
Los niños pueden ayudar en esta ocasión a decorar ya que son muy fáciles de realizar y a la vez un juego
en dónde nos acompañan estos días de vacaciones.
INGREDIENTES:
120 grs. de azúcar glass.
400 grs. de harina repostería.
240 grs. de mantequilla.
1 huevo.
Aroma de rosas o cualquier aroma que os guste.
Para la Glasa Real.
1 clara de huevo.
250 grs. de azúcar glas.
1/2 cucharadita de crémor tártaro.
Colorantes en gel.
Sprinkles diferentes.
PREPARACIÓN:
Pondremos todos los ingredientes de las galletas en la thermomix o similar.
Programamos 20 seg. vel. 6.
Con a ayuda de una espátula sacamos la masa del vaso y la envolvemos en un film para
dejarla media hora en la nevera.
Estiramos la masa y con la ayuda de un corta pastas vamos dándo formas diferentes a nuestras galletas.
La vamos colocando sobre la bandeja del horno previamente preparada con papel de horno.
Introducimos en este a 180º C unos 12 mts. aproximadamente.
Glasa Real.
Colocar la glasa y el crémor tártaro y batir energicamente e ir incorporando el azúcar poco a poco tamizado.
Se puede ir aclarando la glasa con la clara.
Ir separando porciones de glasa así como colores deseamos.
Adornar nuestras galletas una vez frías con la glasa e ir poniendo colorido con nuestros sprinkles.
