Hoy os traigo una tarta para el día de San Valentín.
Un bizcocho de cerveza negra y napada de merengue italiano,el bizcocho lo podéis encontrar aquí en la tarta guiness de mi blog y la
decoración depende de vuestros gustos,ya sea nata,merengue, un froosting de queso …. lo que más os guste y como no ese colorido
para la ocasión.
INGREDIENTES:
Para el bizcocho:
· 250 ml. Guinness
· 250 g. mantequilla
· 75 g. cacao en polvo
· 400 g. azúcar
· 150 g. de nata líquida.
· 2 huevos grandes
· 1 cucharada sopera de extracto de vainilla
· 275 g. harina de repostería
· 2 cucharaditas y media de bicarbonato.
PREPARACIÓN:
Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
Tamizamos la harina junto con el bicarbonato. Reservamos.
Ponemos la cerveza y la mantequilla en un cazo a fuego medio para que la mantequilla se funda.-Una vez fundida la mantequilla, ponemos la mezcla en un bol y añadimos el cacao y el azúcar. Batimos durante unos segundos.
Incorporamos la nata líquida, los huevos uno a uno y por último la vainilla. Seguimos batiendo con las varillas.
Añadimos la harina tamizada y terminamos de batir para que se integren todos los ingredientes sin que se formen grumos.
Volcamos la masa en nuestro molde engrasado.
Hornear 55 m.
