Os traígo una nueva versión de la Tortada Menorquina esta vez diferente a las otras dos,este lleva como ingrediente principal el
coco es una tarta muy sencilla pero que a la vez es muy resultona.
Puede ir emborrachada o simplemente como base de tarta decorándola a nuestro gusto con nata,merengue…
yo simplemente la he adornado con azúcar glass para poder realzar su sabor a coco.
Os dejo con su preparación.
INGREDIENTES:
400 grs. de coco.
400 grs. de azúcar.
6 huevos.
PREPARACIÓN:
Batir las claras con la mitad de azúcar y subir con las barillas eléctricas hasta que hayan bien espumado.
Añadiremos las yemas con la otra mitad de azúcar y seguiremos batiendo.
Mezclar el coco rallado a la mezcla anterior y suavemente con movimientos envolventes vamos mezclando hasta
su completa integración.
Preparamos un molde de horno engrasado y echamos la mezcla anterior.
Horneamos a 180º C unos 18-20 mts aproximadamente.
