Me encanta nuestra camomila,me encanta su aroma y su gusto así que he preparado estas deliciosas magdalenas
rellenas de una crema hecha con esta hierba terapeútica y aromática más conocida como manzanilla.
Os dejo con la receta.
INGREDIENTES.
Magdalenas.
4 huevos.
200 grs. de azúcar.
100 grs. de aceite oliva.
1 yogur natural.
1/2 cucharadita de jengibre.
1/2 cucharadita de canela.
1 sobre y medio de levadura en polvo.
Crema:
100 grs. de azúcar.
250 grs. de leche.
250 grs. de infusión de camomila (bien cargadita para que su sabor realce).
6 yemas.
1 cucharadita de azúcar avainallado.
1/2 cucharadita de colorante alimentario.
PREPARACIÓN:
Empezamos por preparar la infusión bien cargadita de camomila para que realce la crema su sabor.Reservamos.
Magdalenas:
Seguiremos poniendola mariposa en el vaso de la thermomix, los 4 huevos y el azúcar 6 mts. vel. 3 1/2 37ºC.
Añadiremos el yogur y el aceite y seguimos programando 10 seg. vel. 3.
Agregar la harina,la levadura,el jengibre,la canela y la levadura y programar 10 seg. vel. 3.
Poner la masa en cápsulas para magdalenas y reservar como mínimo una hora en la nevera.
Crema de camomila:
Poner todos los ingredientes de la crema y la camomila que teniamos reservada en el vaso de la thermomix con la mariposa en las
cuchillas y programar 7 mts. 90ºC vel. 3
Ahora procedemos a poner una cucharada de crema de camomila en cada magdalena y las llevamos al horno precalentasdo unos
15 mts aproximadamente a 200ºC.
