INGREDIENTES:
6 huevos.
300 grs. de harina reposteria.
400 grs. de azúcar.
PREPARACIÓN:
En un bol batir las yemas con el azúcar hasta que esta se diluya.
Unirle la harina poco a poco.
Batir las claras a punto de nieve y agregar a la mezcla anterior removiendo despacio.
Poner en un molde previamente untado con mantequilla y harina.
Hornear a 180ºG unos 30- 35 mts.aproximadamente.
