INGREDIENTES:
40 grs. de levadura de panadero.
500 grs. de harina.
1 huevo.
1/2 vaso de agua.
1 vaso de leche.
100 grs de azúcar.
1 patata hervida o boniato.
1/2 vaso de aceite.
1 cucharada de mantequilla.
Azúcar glas para decorar.
PREPARACIÓN:
Hervir la patata o boniato.
Mientrás en un bol pondremos la harina,la levadura disuelta con el agua tibia,el aceite e iremos amasando.
Añadir la leche,el huevo,la cucharada de mantequilla y seguiremos amasando.
Por otro lado mezclaremos la patata con el azúcar y se lo añadiremos a la masa anterior,la patata se disolvera mejor con el azúcar si aún esta tibia.
Vamos haciendo una masa que sea homogénea,tal vez,tendremos que ir añadiéndo un poco más de harina,
de lo que indica la receta,tiene que quedar una masa que no se pegue en nuestras manos.
Poner la masa estirada en una llanda de horno y esperar que fermente,en verano tarda menos que en invierno.
Cuando veamos que ha doblado su volúmen,entonces añadiremos las mitades del melocotón por encima,añadiremos también un poco de azúcar y unas gotitas de aceite.Así la masa quedará de un color más doradito.
Hornear entre 35 mts. y 45 mts.dependiendo del grosor de la masa.
NOTAS:
En vez de melocotón podemos poner una crema pastelera,unas fresas,sólo azúcar….esto ya dependerá de nosotros.
