Hoy os traigo un Flaó.
Es una tarta hecha a base de huevos,queso y anís.INGREDIENTES:
Masa:
250 grs. de harina.
40 grs. de azúcar.
1/2 taza de leche.
1 huevo entero.
Unos granos de anís.
75 grs. de manteca de cerdo.
Relleno:
4 huevos.
1 copita de anís.
1 tarrina de queso fresco.
200 grs. de azúcar.
Unos granitos de anís.
PREPARACIÓN:
Elaboramos una masa con todos los ingredientes,sin amasar mucho,ya que la pasta sino nos quedará muy elástica.
Dejar reposar la masa en papel film unos 30 mts en el frigorífico.
Así la masa será más buena de trabajar ya que cogerá consistencia con el frío.
Sacar la masa y con el rodillo alisamos,la ponemos en un molde redondo desmoldable,
mientás tanto prepararemos el relleno.
Sólo hay que poner todos los ingredientes en un bol y con las barillas remover.
Añadir el relleno a la masa y hornear a 180º C entre 45 a 60 mts.
Espero que os guste,tiene un saborcito anisado divino.
