estos días he andado algo ausente
y os he dejado
sin ninguna receta, pero nuevamente
os traigo una deliciosa mermelada,
cabello de ángel.
En esta receta tan solo he utilizado la cidra y el azúcar
para poder saborear su exquisito sabor.
Realmente su sabor es una delicia y su textura es diferente a
las demás mermeladas.
INGREDIENTES:
1kgr. de pulpa limpia de cidra.
500 grs. de azúcar.
PREPARACIÓN:
Golpear la calabaza hasta que se agriete.
La ponemos en la bandeja del horno unos 40 mts. aproximadamente
a 200ºC.
Sin dejar que se enfríe vaciamos la cidra con una cuchara
quitando las pepitas y sacando la pulpa.
Pesamos la pulpa y la ponemos en una cazuela con el azúcar.
Iremos removiendo constantemente hasta que coja color y textura.
Thermomix:
Una vez tengamos la pulpa de la cidra la pondremos en el vaso de
la thermomix con el azúcar y programamos 30 mts. a temperatura
varoma.
Una vez lista la mermelada podemos envasarla en tarros
y procederemos a hervir unos 20 mts.
para su conservación.

17/05/2012 a las 20:32Agueeee!!! chiquilla, parece que adivinas mis gustos…..el cabello de ángel me encanta, junto con el hojaldre y el merengue yo creo que son de los dulces que mas me han llamado, en mi pueblo hay un dulce que es típico de allí y lleva los tres componentes, va montado en capas de hojaldre, cabello de ángel alternando y culmina revestido de merengue y acabado en puntas haciendo unos dibujos, se llama pastelón, tu sabes lo que yo disfruto cuando voy y siempre lo compramos, suerte que solo suele ser una o máximo dos veces al año, porque eso es una bomba calórica….pero que rico…mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! esta mermelada te ha quedado divina no sabes como me gusta, yo alguna que otra vez la compro de las que van envasadas en lata pero ni punto de comparación, pero es lo que hay….besitos preciosa, disfruta de esa mermelada.
